What Courier do you use for your items?
All our items are sent via NZ Post
How do you package your cards?
Cards are put inside a Penny Sleeve + Top Loader which is then placed between two pieces of cardboard then sealed inside a ziplock bag.
From here they will either be wrapped in bubble wrap or sent in a bubble mailer (whichever is the more secure option for your order)
Why was my order cancelled?
This is likely because you have used a rural address for shipping and have not selected the rural shipping option or something has happened to the item you have purchased and it is no longer available
Pricing
What do you use to price your cards?
All cards pricing is data pulled from the Collectr app
"I don't like your prices, they are incorrect/out of date":
It's quite likely I haven't updated prices yet or perhaps the price is lower/higher for some other reason, regardless feel free to use the contact form and let me know
Refunds
Refund requests can be made in the following scenarios:
● The item was not of the same quality pictured when you purchased
● The incorrect item was sent
● Items were missing from the order
Refunds will not be processed for:
● Change of mind
● Incorrect shipping address entered during checkout
Timeframe for Refund Requests
You must make contact within 14 days of receiving your item. Refund requests made after this period will not be approved
To request a refund:

● Your order/invoice number
● A detailed description of the issue
● Photos of the issue and the packaging it was delivered in
